All Sales Are Final
All products sold by Peptide Dynamix are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these compounds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to our final sale policy include:

Incorrect items received due to a fulfillment error
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the unopened product and its packaging.
We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved based on the exceptions above, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
